Couple’s Intensives

Couple’s Intensives are a dynamic alternative to traditional weekly or bi-weekly sessions. They provide the time in a single day to deeply focus on your relationship. You will be able to talk in depth about the struggles and challenges between the two of you and to process and heal past injuries, hurts, or resentments. You will learn how to repair and maintain your connection. And, you will move forward together to a place of strength, reconnection, and hope. ‘ Strong Start’ Intensives are three hours of therapy while the ‘Deep Dive’ Intensives include six hours of therapy (with a lunch break in the middle of the day).
